NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - Police have arrested one of the bikers involved in the initial incident that lead to the vicious attack of a man driving his family in Manhattan, the NYPD said. Meantime, some people are saying the driver is not the victim because one of the bikers he ran over is in a coma.
Video posted to YouTube from the helmet camera worn by a motorcyclist shows a pack of bikers attacking the driver of an SUV following a fender bender on the West Side Highway on Sunday afternoon.
Christopher Cruz, 28, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing. He was not injured in the accident.
The driver of the black Range Rover -- Alexian Lien, 33 -- was with his wife and young child inside when he struck a motorcycle that was in front of his car, police said. In the video, Lien is seen stopping the SUV and then speeding away and striking three motorcycles when the group began to damage his SUV.

If the SUV guy was scared of bikers, he could have pulled over to let all of them pass. But to run over the bikes!!!!
We’re not told why he ran over the first motorcyclist. It looked like some sons of Obama were trying to start stuff with a white guy.
Find a judge to hold him in contempt until he names all if his a-hole pals.

You have no idea what you’re talking about, watch the videos first then come back and talk intelligently about what happened.
This wasn’t a pack of middle aged Harley drivers reliving their youth. The video shows they are thugs. Maybe something happened before the video starts. Otherwise, they were looking for a confrontation.

He did not run over the first motorcyclist. The guy on the bike pulled in front and stopped short causing the first accident with no injuries. The SUV driver then proceeds to pull over. At that point, the rest of the bikers start to damage his car by smashing the vehicle.
At that point, the driver feared for his life and the lives of his family (wife and son who were in the car) then drove over several motorcycles to get away from the gang.
The gang takes off and chases the SUV eventually forcing the SUV to stop. At which time the gang then drags the driver from the vehicle and proceeds to beat him and put him into the hospital.
I believe he was trying to escape the gang which was bashing in his car windows. Oh, yeah, wife and baby were in the car with him.
I ride one of my motorcycles almost every day. If I were to ever put myself and my bike in front of an automobile and deliberately brake in an effort to get it to stop I would rightfully expect to be run into.
The bikers were looking for trouble, and they found it...
Look, let’s be clear about this. The country is rapidly devolving to a Road Warrior - Mad Max scenario. You better be prepared to escape WITH YOUR LIFE, so if you need to, you are ALIVE to face charges. Period.
He gunned it to escape. Thats how several bikers were injured. Too bad for them.
I probably would've done the same thing.

Read the story again. Your assumptions are wrong. He did pull over, then they started hitting his car with helmets, then he ran over the 3 bikes and allegedly injured one of the Bikers.
