Low information voters merely parrot what the MSM feeds them. I laugh myself to tears every time I see the MSM (e.g., David Gregory this past Sumday) quoting polls reflecting the opinion that they create. It’s like the mother of a 16 month old tyke holding up a rose—”Flower, f-l-o-w-e-r, can you say , flower?”. The next day, mom says pointing at a rose, “what is that?” Baby: “f-w-o-w-e-r.”. “Oh my, Mommy is so proud of you!”
I think a great number have always been, but the Founders with the Constitution designed it that they would have been of little harm. Now, they are catered too, fed, clothed, and given sustenance on the backs of the productive.
At least 75% are below average. Human intelligence distribution does not conform to the statisticians’ classic bell curve of normal distribution. In their parlance, the low end tail is REALLY fat.

Based on the previous two elections, though it violates the definition of average, clearly way more than half the population is below average. Though, the results can be skewed by people who are simply evil.
