Fox just showed an excerpt from CNN showing their Dana Bash questioning Reid on this, and really getting under his skin - he ended up as much as calling her stupid for having asked the question - bad enough you look like a sadist for denying care to kids, but you’re really starting to lose it when you start insulting your lackeys, the press.....
The 10-yr-old girl who was almost denied the lung transplant that would’ve surely killed her, now this. Yeah dems are all for the chiiiiildren.

The GOP SUCKS at PR. Boehner could have slammed them in prime time for this....but instead...he walked away from the mic. He could have framed the debate because every camera in DC was sitting outside the White House. Instead...he spoke for a minute and then let the dems frame the debate.

Do you remember right after the shootings of the school children in Conneticutt, the state issued DRACONIAN "gun control laws", soon follwed by NY state?
They got all these un-Constitutional limitations passed "for the children".
Well, there is another government leader who spoke on this very subject :

No matter which side wins the federal cancer research funding debate, unconstitutionally big federal government wins in the long run. This is because the states have never delegated to Congress, via the Constitution, the specific power to spend tax dollars on cancer research, the states uniquely having the power to tax and spend for such things.
But also note that I would consider supporting a constitutional amendment granting Congress the specific power to spend for cancer research, not that a federal solution to funding such research is necessarily the best way to do such things.
Yep...that's the extent of the GOP argument. You could be the spokesman.
