Defense Asks to Ease Prison Restrictions on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
New York Magazine ^ | 10/3 | Margaret Hartmann

Posted on 10/02/2013 8:44:38 PM PDT by nickcarraway

Lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev asked a judge on Wednesday to lift restrictions placed on the alleged Boston Marathon bomber that prevent him from communicating with other inmates, or visiting anyone other than his family and legal team. They say the restrictions are "unnecessarily harsh and isolating," and hinder their work on his defense. "He is confined to his cell except for legal visits and very limited access to a small outdoor enclosure, on weekdays, weather-permitting," says the motion. "The purported basis for these conditions lies in the crimes he is alleged to have committed prior to arrest, not any behavior during his confinement."

Attorney General Eric Holder imposed the "Special Administrative Measures," saying there's a "high probability" that Tsarnaev might try to make "calls to co-conspirators to arrange terrorist or criminal activities." The defense questioned whether Holder actually believes that, as Tsarnaev was in custody for four months before the rules were issued, and he "made no effort to communicate with non-family or media" during that time.

He’s a gummint agent, as his older brother was. Who was recruited by the Uncle. Who married someone with important connections in the CIA.

I don’t know exactly what’s going on with this story, but there is MUCH more to it than just a couple of muzzies suddenly busting out, full Sudden Jihad Syndrome.

OlderBro was secular, but very suddenly became this super muzzie guy.

Russia warned us multiple times about older bro, but magically our side appeared not to listen.

Why would THAT be?

Their Florida buddy was in FBI custody for about 5 hours, but was not taken to the station? And then was killed after extensive questioning? Cuz he attacked his questioners after five hours?

And two Fibbers who’d been in on that arrest fell to their deaths in a most unfortunate fast-roping incident?

Anyone who doesn’t suspect that OlderBro and possibly litterBro also were assets of US intel is not being suspicious enough.

Never considered that angle but it fits... Holder *IS* a joke. An evil one, but still a joke.

Let this moron into the general population, he’ll be killed within days by fellow prisoners. So go ahead, DOJ, lift the restrictions and put him into the general population. Help assimilate him by making sure that fellow prisoners are familiar with his accused acts.

But let’s be honest here, this is all just theater from the defense, demanding things that they know won’t happen and would harm their client if it did. They’re working forward in the game, assuming he’ll be convicted of the crimes he’s committed. And they want him to be a tiny little celebrity in whatever maximum security prison he lands in, as they are sure they can keep him from being executed.

So DOJ, jump the shark, lift all restrictions, and save the taxpayers a huge amount of money.

It was a mixed marriage. She was a Texas Longhorn, he was an Okie Sooner.
They were sleeping when an escaped convict broke into their home and tied them up.
She was hog-tied on the bed, dressed in a skimpy Teddy and gagged; he was tied securely to a chair.
He said, “Honey, I know it’s hard but this guy prolly hasn’t had sex in a while. If we cooperate with him and if you’re nice, we might get out of this alive.”

She slipped her gag and spit this at him: “I’m glad you feel that way ‘cause when was a-tyin’ me up, he said you were really cute.”

And I forgot —they had video of some naked guy looking JUST like OlderBro being taken into custody.

“Ah, no —that’s all wrong..! Wrong guy..!”, said US authorities, then busy terrorizing most of Boston, a major city on total lock-down.

Muzzies are treacherous, yes, very. And Chechnyans, especially.

But come now —do you expect THIS US gummint to tell the truth, or even partially so..?

Tough shit Tsarnaev. This is what you did. Burn in hell.

A toe at a time.

Starting with a very slow removal of each toe nail first by an angry podiatrist - while Dzhokhar Tsarnaev watches. Then start with the toe amputations sans anesthesia, pain medications, and anesthetics. When he passes out, wait for him to come to before continuing. Then continue with the leg amputations under the same conditions. Do these procedures in his cell with no sterilization procedures or conditions.
