McConnell said to Paul that he was “wired up,” implying that he should watch his P’s & Q’s, but Paul seemingly didn’t get the hint. And McConnell was more of a listener here.

Sounds like they where being and saying consistently the same thing in private as they would In public. ‘we are willing to compromise, we have tried to kill obamacare but will simply take a compromise position. They are caught in the we will not negotiate mode and we will win this fight.’
