My Neighbor did that after putting up a House and refi-ing for 395,000. They were driving a Jag and a Mercedes.

I took a picture and sent it to every school board member along with the Superintendant. Told them I was damned hoping mad to think someone that can afford that AND both parents smoke that I should be buying their lunch.

Their free lunches stopped soon after. However the bastards still went to the local church for pantry handouts.

Exactly how did the free lunches stop? It is against Federal Law to do any type of income verification for free lunches. A violation puts DoE funding at risk.
