No idea what’s been confirmed.
Have not heard confirmation of either.
I have only suggested a Second Adult passenger since it actually looks like there is a passenger from the video.
In addition. It looks very clear that the “driver” was subdued at her car.
Why the calls of “Active Shooter”, “Shelter in place” ETC...If the Driver/suspect was already subdued and had a child in the car.
