My TN State Rep's office just called me back. The phone offer has to be taken off website. The Community Health Alliance received $73 million from Federal Government in order to give phones to TN Obamacare enrollees in order to communicate with them. (You and I paid for this!)
Not sure if they will be able to put the offer back up later. My Reps office indicated that the Community Health Alliance didn't get the proper OK to make the offer (not sure of all the details of this).
Thanks for doing this! I made the point earlier that this couldn’t be legal, but I don’t live in TN.
