D.C. police have released video of two men wanted in connection with the toppling of a Ten Commandments monument near the U.S. Supreme Court. The men are seen on video walking in the area of the 100 block of Second Street in Northeast D.C., near the sit of the statue. The suspects are described as white males....

Given the ultra low quality of most surveillance videos/stills there would seem to be a huge opportunity for one or more companies to offer something which did not look like it was shot through beer goggles.
My crappy cell phone takes better pictures.
