I think that anywhere cones have been used to block off or shut down a memorial that there should be a million cone march. We the people paid for these cones so I think everyone should adopt a cone and make sure they write on it that it was part of the Barry-cade million cone march of 2013.
I would suggest one of the metal Barry-cades but one would need a truck and help to lift it in to a truck. God Bless Our Troops and God Bless America

Typical ruling elite doing all it can to make the public suffer. Meanwhile, no government service they touch has been shut off to them.
