In times like these, “normal” people look for any and every opportunity to wake their fellow citizens up... the time for talking is just about over... imho.

When someone says, “It’s the law,” respond with “so was slavery and Jim Crow.”

Somebody called into Mark Levin and said whenever anybody says that to them, they respond with so are the immigration laws, so was doma, so was the employer mandate, etc. etc.

The Democrats passed their communist health care without one single Republican vote, and even had to buy some votes (for example, the “Cornhusker Kickback”) and use bullying tactics for others, then passed the final version into law in a sneaky manner (necessitated by the special election of Scott Brown) using the filibuster-proof “reconciliation process”.

In other words, the rats used every weapon at their disposal to force Mengelecare down America’s throat.

And now the rats and their newsrooms are upset that a (twice: 2010 & 2012) duly-elected GOP House is using the one weapon it has at its disposal to try to undo the damage Obamacare is doing to the nation?? Gimme a freaking break.

You must be new to politics. Welcome aboard.

One of the basic truisms of politics is: "If you need more than two sentences to explain your position, you lose your audience." Talking points (and soundbites, for that matter) can make all the difference in politics.

1. The republican congressmen fully funded the government. They just refused to fund Obamacare.

2. The liberal Senators shut down the government because Obamacare is more important to them than the people. (By the way, both houses of congress have exempted themselves from Obamacare.)

Obama’s cherry picking the closures to punish Americans for not supporting Obamacare. Were he consistant, he would have to evict himself and his family from the White House, as he has evicted others living on federal lands.
