Police say they have video of Heather Koon, 25, having sex with a baby. The video was found on Koon's laptop.
"I still haven't wrapped my mind around it. It's every parent's worst nightmare," said the baby's father, who wants to remain anonymous.
The father is speaking out about the incident so other parents can figure out if their child was also victimized. He says ABC KIDZ daycare in Elyria asked him not to talk about the incident.
"They tried to act like it was a simple assault. A few hours later they called us back again and asked us to keep it discrete," said the dad.
The shocked father's advice; "Any child that's old enough to talk, they should talk to. Any child that's not old enough to talk should be taken to a physician."
Police arrested Koon after checking up on her boyfriend, James Osborne. Osborne is listed on Lorain County's sex offender website as living at another address. Police arrested him and confiscated a laptop found in the apartment. A police report shows it belonged to Koon and contained a video file of her "engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant".
Police had to figure out who the child was.
"They showed us still photos," said the father.
Koon faces two counts of rape after police identified a second victim.
The management of ABC KIDZ had no comment.
Osborne and Koon are in the Lorain County Jail waiting for their day in court.

Where were all of the rest of the adults at the daycare as she filmed herself or some one else filmed her raping an infant?! I worked at a daycare in college and we were never left alone with infants or little kids.
There have always been female sexual predators in significant quantities.
Societies desire this not to be so, try to ignore it, and generally seldom prosecute. Convictions are even more rare.
Now there are cheap and unobtrusive video recording devices. As with corrupt law enforcement, the cameras and audio recording is the game changer.

In the news video, a reporter is questioning a daycare manager in the doorway of the daycare about the rape and if here are more victims. There is a Dad with a little girl standing right behind them, entering the daycare front door, as this conversation is going on.
I wonder what he was thinking while listening to this conversation (he looked dumb founded) and if he left his daughter there that day.
Her boyfriend is a convicted molester and was arrested at the same time she was. Plus, they said there is another victim.
She was probably making the video for her boyfriend’s enjoyment.

She probably had a boyfriend that matched her proclivities ... because that is how female sexual predators are.
The pictures are evidence. A century or so ago, that would have been all it took to have a quick trial, an honest appraisal of the facts, and a noose around a neck.
