Link to a long Style Section thumbsucker about Ruth Bader Ginsberg and whether or not she should retire and enjoy life or stay on the bench.

I would suggest that even Ruth Bader Ginsberg, stupid as she is, realizes that all of the honorary luncheons, special guest opera tickets and fancy soirees would end the instant she stepped down from the high court. So quitting her job to enjoy being Queen Bee full time is not really an option.

I’m depending on Ginsburg’s ego to outweigh her commitment to “the Cause”.

No reason for her to go, she is old but healthy.

I have no reason to state this either way, other than the employment and continuing professional engagement of this fine Supreme Court justice.

Oh, and by the way, I’m sure that our next POTUS, should he be faced with it, President Cruz will pick someone just as competent, if not a little bit more so...

I suspect she will sit it out and let God decide when it is time to go.

I say stay...only because if she went now Osama Obama would replace her with someone *at least* as bad (if not worse) and someone much, much younger. If it wasn’t for that I’d be asking if “rot in hell” was an option.

I suspect that the reason the WashPo is running this article is to plant the idea that she should leave now, so Obama gets to name her replacement.

Better a 40-year-old liberal idiot, who can stay on the bench for another 50 years, than a 80-year-old liberal idiot, who has another ten years, at best.

1. Obama needs to appoint someone even worse.

2. She’s entitled.

Now, which of these two is more likely to appeal to her?

I suspect she will sit it out and let God decide when it is time to go.

Assuming she's an atheist (a very safe assumption,I'd say) does that mean that God won't have any say in the matter?

she should stay until we get the white house back, for if she does go then bozo the clown will only get a young loon in there and sit on the bunch for about 40 years

Makes no difference one way or another. She would be replaced with another liberal moonbat, so it’s a zero sum.

Better she stay than to let Obozo pick a forty-something that would possibly be there another forty years.....................

for worse will follow
