He should have simply said “Yes, don’t you?” and then moved on to the next question

I personally haven’t forgotten that bill contained all kinds of unrelated crap that progressives have wanted for decades. Things like green building codes and energy mandates.
We haven’t begun to see how bad this really is.

What?! Is Blitzer still alive? My gawd, I thought he died years ago.
To: Tailgunner Joe
Do you still stand by all of those pretty extreme words? the CNN host asked. "Extreme". LOL. Little Wolfie can't seem to understand the concept of Repubs speaking up for their base. (come to think of it, most of us can't... but that's another topic...)

Agreed.
The standard issue answer should be “slavery was once the law of the land. Should people of conscience not have stopped that?”

But you know its the law of the land. It was passed by the House and Senate and signed into law by the president. The Supreme Court approved it saying it was constitutional. The president was reelected by 5 million votes so it is the law of the land right now.So is the Defense Of Marriage Act, yet I dont see you getting all worked up over the President derailing that law of the land that was signed into law. Move on to another topic Wolf, your hypocrisy is showing.

Well, I'll be....Blitzer is reciting, word-for-word, the exact same set of talking points that are being splashed on various Republican social media sites.
Now what a coincidence!

The Law of the Land?
Isn't passing a national budget yearly also the Law of the Land Isn't the federal government defending states from foreign invasion also the Law of the Land?
Methinks the little mouthpiece 0bamakissin' Liberal twerp Wolfie just likes certain laws and doesn't mind if the really important ones spelled out in the Constitution are ignored.

He could have asked Blitzed if Blitzed thinks the government cannot run without Obamacare.
To: Tailgunner Joe
Later on, after Broun further asserted his anti-Obamacare stance, Blitzer interrupted to quote the congressmans own words in the National Review: You said America is going to be destroyed by Obamacare so whatever deal is put together must at least reschedule the implementation of Obamacare. This law is going to destroy America, and everything in America, and we need to stop it. Do you still stand by all of those pretty extreme words? the CNN host asked.
I am so tired of this one way propaganda. Who sponsors this idiot? Am I buying things from a company that sponsors this fool? Conservatives need to put together a coalition that takes the most egregious propaganda activities of these enemies of the American people, and pressure their sponsors to drop support. Money is ther only thing these media sleazies understand.

Why does this Congressman have to answer Blitzer’s badgering?
I’d just tell the CNN host to go back to rump kissing President Stompyfeet (I love that).

I am so tired of this one way propaganda.
That's exactly what it is. They don't have the courage to acknowledge that the house most closely represents the people or that some 24 states are fully in GOP hands with the democrats holding 12 or 13.

Someone posted on the actual healthcare site that their policy had been cancelled because it did not meet the new requirements. And they had been trying to get a new policy through the web site and they could not because of the faulty programming. They now have no insurance because of this obomination.

*Blitzer pressed: But you know its the law of the land*
Can you imagine Blitzer if he had been born in the 1800’s and there was TV in 1863.
He'd be there defending slavery because it is “the law of the land”
Or if he was just a two or three decades old defending the Jim Crow laws on a 1963 program because it's “the law of the land”
Martin Luther King knew that some laws were wrong, would Blitzer have been grilling him and letting him know how great all laws are and they should remain the same forever?
