What Constitution? Reid and Obama are using the LIV's ignorance to pass whatever any crap they please. I would bet many people:

1. have no clue where spending is supposed to originated

2. Believe Obama IS one who gets to decide what happens and that the Republicans in Congress are the bad bankers holding up the $$$$

3. See no reason, or benefit of a budget

4. Think the Constitution was written by a bunch of rich, white men that wanted all the power for themselves

5. Believe anything the msm, Reid or Obama says
