“What IDIOT thought.. oh I’m gonna get FREE Health Insurance.”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I have met some of them, apparently a lot of people believed it when this disaster was being rammed through without support. Some looked at me as if they thought I had fallen out of a tree on my head when I told them what was really going to happen. The biggest thing wrong with this country is that we let these ignorant people vote and imagine that the fact that we do makes us some kind of freedom loving people. In reality allowing such people to vote is the quickest way to enslave all of us.

Also explains why he is calling the house dems to the WH this morning. He has painted himself into another corner.

I hadn't heard that, thanks for the heads up..

GOP Gets The Blame Credit In Shutdown

Most Americans have realized by now that they are better off without the FDA, EPA, etc stormtroopers.

Rush had a good take on this. A lot of Obama supporters were under the mistaken delusion that under Obamacare healthcare was going to be "free" like in Canada or England. However, they found out when they tried to sign up last week, that they actually had to PAY for the insurance, in some cases to the tune of $500+ a month and then STILL be responsible for high deductibles and co-payments. Now they feel like Obama screwed them because they are either going to be forced to pay for what they thought was free or they have to pay the fine/tax.

And now's the time to hit them with how much more ObamaCare will cost after 30 million deadbeat illegals are amnestied into the program.

Re: They don't get their tax credit for a year.

I don't have a cash flow problem, so I hadn't thought of it that way.

You are so right about this.

And pay for people like the Chad Henderson’s of the world. Him and his dad, who refuse to get real jobs to pay for their own healthcare. (They will eventually sign up and we will b paying for it).

"GOP Gets The Blame In Shutdown"

Democrats are out there, night and day, laying all the blame on the Republicans. Why is the majority of the GOP silent? Why can't they fight back in equal numbers?

You can focus on one person, the President. Obama’s brains blew this big time.

Had dinner last night with some liberal friends. They brought up the shut down with the typical "Congress shouldn't hold the country hostage". I responded why should those in power and their friends receive special treatment and everyone else be subject to obamacare? They had no response.

We are winning this fight. Now that obama threatens a default, when it doesn't happen all he will have left is not paying social security. The Rats will force him to sit down at the negotiating table at that point because everyone can see he is the cause of the shut down.

The House just has to hang tough. So far Bohner has done pretty well I'm praying he can keep it up.

Yes.....it is the lowest Obama has ever been. When a POTUS gets in this high rate of disapproval....in most case they never recover!!! Obama will go even lower as it surfaces it was Obama who ordered Hagel to deny “Killed-In-Action” military personnel and their bereaved families their rightful, earned government benefits!!! Only two words for Obama, the American military hater.....Impeach him.....TODAY!!!

I thought the comments section of this NPR article would be full of liberal BS. I was wrong. It was like reading a thread here on FR.

Why do they think it’s free. The Obamacare site told them it was—that is before it was deleted around September 30th.
http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obamacare-website-quietly-deletes-reference-free-health-care_757348.html

Even as President Obama and his administration are making a last minute push to encourage enrollment in Obamacare, a quiet change was made on the Healthcare.gov website regarding those who will still not be able to afford coverage after the program kicks in. From at least June 26, 2013 to as recently as September 15, under the topic, “Where can I get free or low-cost care in my community?” the following statement appeared: “If you can’t afford any health plan, you can get free or low-cost health and dental care at a nearby community health center.”

The cowardly GOP needs to STOP paying attention to polls and just do the right thing. Independents and “moderates” will eventually respect them more in the long run.

“I thought the comments section of this NPR article would be full of liberal BS. I was wrong. It was like reading a thread here on FR.”

Thanks for mentioning that. They were very encouraging to read! I think you can learn a lot more about what’s going on by reading the comments sections, than reading the articles.

Earlier, I posted a similar thread about the poll. Someone pointed out that while it is an AP poll, it really is not bad for Republicans....the hidden fact is while 62% blame us, somewhere around 50% blamed the Clown...

Low information voters thought that the House and Senate were in GOP hands in 2008.

They get their news from the Daily Show, SNL, Letterman, and Puff Douche.

Odd, the disconnect between the headline and body of article. No matter, the Republicans should get one third of the "blame," since they control one third of the government.

Actually, I feel better that the Pubbies are getting most of the "blame." See, what a spine can do GOP...
