You need Jon Stewart on Comedy Central to ask Secretary Sebelius, "Hey, why won't you treat these two equally," and she can't answer it. That's how pathetic I think news reporting has become when we won't ask tough questions to the administration.

No they aren’t. All they ramble on about is inside the belway DC double-speak.
They should be taking every moment in front of a camera denouncing these ridiculous shutdown measures and CALL OUT members of the government and Park Service, etc. that “follow orders”.
They should bring those managers and superviors, by subpeona, to hearings in the House and grill them good.
But no, they just go “blah, blah, work together, blah blah blah, CR, blah blah blah, debt ceiling.”

Exactly right. The media jackals will tear you apart if you let them. The Rs are finally catching on that they’ll get berated no matter what they say or do, so they may as well fight back. What is there to lose by punching back?
The MSM (mendacious state media) is the enemy. There is no other way to look at it.
One of the few good things about the past few years is the fact that when I laugh at liberals when they repeat the MSM’s pathetic attempts at journalism, they retain enough common sense to not even attempt a snippy reply.
One of my faves is to get into an argument about climate change...and then enjoy letting the lib arts dumbos stumble around when asked even the most elementary physics question.
FINALLY!!! Somebody brought up the elephant in the room. None of the polls are giving as an option the real cause for the shut-down, and that is a complicit media. Without a media that hides the truth from the distracted/low-information people, the dems would not DARE try what they’ve done. And that doesn’t apply just to the shut-down; it applies to EVERYTHING.
When America is finally buried, the obituary will say it was murder by the so-called “news” media, poisoning the public through treasonous lies. They are accomplices to the murders of every man who died in Benghazi and a whole bunch of innocent Mexicans as well as Brian Terry in the FAst & Furious crimes, at the very least. They have blood on their hands, big-time. They are the critical accessories to the crimes committed against the American people.
I hope somebody comes right out and says that to Andrea Mitchell and all the others.

I will take the Media serious the day they tell me how Obama got a Connecticut Social security Card, and how he got into foreign aid student program in college when he was an American,
I beg to differ, the media are doing their job and working quite hard to do so. Their job, of course, is to support Obama and to advance his agenda in any way possible, principally through the use of lies and disinformation so that the American people will not come to understand that they are being had.
