Nope, the date stamp makes it look real. If it were typed it would like be fake. The typical US Government agency memo is not dated until it is signed. This is done with a date stamp.

Not every person on EBT is overweight. I know many people on EBT who are working their butts off and have little to know food because of the minimum wage. Be sure that who you claim is obese is truly on EBT and not just using their own wages.
