The film perfectly describes where we are heading as a nation. Mike Judge, who also wrote Office Space and created Beavis and Butthead, is a genius and hit the nail on the head with this movie.

You’re right, although Electronic Bank Transfer is also a correct term for Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT.
It’s only “B” for Benefits because SNAP isn’t (directly) exchangeable at par value for cash; they have to buy something foodish and commit further fraud by selling that for cash.
