Don’t kid yourself. They are NOT embarrassed. They simply recalculate.

I know someone who is an executive with one of the largest insurance providers in the country. He said that Obama has not given the insurers a working software application to be able to allow them to sell to individuals. In three years, the administration has not even figured out how to do that. The insurers have no guidance from the feds.

Embarrased? Not hardly. They're right on schedule.
The Strategy was first elucidated in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation magazine by a pair of radical socialist Columbia University professors, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. David Horowitz summarizes it as:
The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis. The "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse."

Yeah, it’s hard to tweak the performance and patch the functionality of a website that is just very badly designed and implemented. When buildings go up with similar pathology they are usually razed.

It would be easier to shame a murder of crows and photograph their crimson blushing than to embarrass this bunch in the White Hut.
More MSM horses***.

This is why you don't elect unqualified, bizarre radicals to the presidency based on the color of their skin.

Why should they be embarrassed? What are you gonna do about it? The same we’ve done about Benghazi. What a country, Comrade!

They received a steady flow of warnings in recent months that the exchanges were greatly flawed, but proceeded to launch them anyway so ‘embarrassed,’ by lack of self control? Impulsive rash decision making ? doesn’t even begin to make sense in this context.

The WH is busy trying to find someone to blame outside their administration. In time there will be a tidal wave from the MSM on how it's X's fault once they get their talking points in order. And no matter how ridiculous the claim sounds, they will be repeating it over and over until the masses are repeating the same lie.
