So much of politics is a one-way street —
Compromise with Democrats? That means they get what they want, and we get nothing. There’s your compromise.
Republicans working together? Conservatives agree to kick the can down the road and leadership thanks them. That’s your party unity, right there.

Spot. On. Truth.

We lost our country in November, 2008.....it’s just today that we realized it.

I hate listening to the people who believe they should leave the party for one reason or another. The fact is, it took us generations to get to this point, and it is going to take a while to push back, but make no mistake, we are gaining ground. Some seem to think if we lose a battle we should give up on the war, but even these battles we lose, we are setting up future wins. Lets face it, Cruz and Lee reached people who have not heard this kind of talk from the Republican party for as long as I can remember. They also opened many eyes to the character of Obama and Reid. The conservatives lost this one, but many rinos are going to pay a heavy price next year, and it is going to take quite a few more elections to clean those two houses. Instead of hanging our heads we should be examining the results and planning our next action.

It would be a good day for Boehner to resign if he can’t follow the rules set up by his own party.

Every day is a good day for Boehner to resign.

“I don’t think so. I think Tammy Faye is going to retire before the next Speakership vote.”

Just in time to take a high six figure position on K street.

“I will vote in GOP primaries for the Tea party candidate against any and all establishment Republicans.”

The gop brand is toxic. The ‘rats can have it so far as I’m concerned.

This is simply confirmation that for conservatives, the vote is largely useless. We have little to no representation.

He is NOT safe if he breaks the Hastert rule.

The caucus must vote to allow him to go ahead with caving in and giving up the constitutional powers granted to the HOUSE.
