This is America. In Obamacare, you get chocolate, or vanilla. There is no lemon lime, comrade.
Nothing to do with exchanges. Unless policy meets the minimum coverages mandated ( there’s that word again) no policy.
I think they are out of New Jersey as well.
Exchanges are irrelevant to this - Obamacare made the plans illegal.
Every state must have an exchange. The only choice is to have the state set one up or the feds establish one. 33 states chose to have the feds run it. I presume AL was one of the 33.
But Obama said, “If you like your healthcare plan you’ll be able to keep your healthcare plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”
Nope.. We had to change our plan through an employer.. The plan we had is gone..

Yep, and simple economics. The mandates jack the cost of the individual policies so high that only those with government subsidies will be able to buy them. They’re probably also figuring the feds will bail them out if the exchange product proves to be a loser, while they’re on their own for the stuff they sell directly.
Yep.. Sounds something like our “new” plan.. Also costs more per month..

And in typical obama speak he never said bit it will cost you more.
That's exactly what it was designed to do.
Obama also said that 98% of the people would not see their taxes increase. He also said that he would wait five days before signing any bill.
Yes. They’re out of nj too. They just dropped my mother in law from her supplemental plan. Now we have to scramble to find a plan with her long time doctor on it.
He also said ObamaCare would be “revenue neutral.”
Ahhhh....RINOcare.
Somehow next election day the LSM will figure out a way to blame Republicans for this.
And the steeple will all bleat Ohhhhbahhhhmahhhhhh.
