my whole thoughts on this is that ebt card shutdown was deliberate...that bammey wanted to send a msg to the pubs....I WILL MAKE PEOPLE RIOT ANY YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE....but the ebt was small scale...he wanted us to know that he could do this all over the country...

maybe Walmart was not the bad guy here...maybe they knew that there would be rioting unless they "let" this happen...
