Good article. The question which would dawn on everyone eventually....what accomplishment has the President ever achieved...successfully? From community organizer to state legislation to senator to President? He’s never been able to work with anyone that I can tell, and other than speeches....he just doesn’t have any skills to note.

The author is correct. Listen to rat call-ins to the morning C-Span show. The vast majority want to be relieved of worldly burdens and be provided for by a wise and benevolent father President. In what is supposed to be a confederated republic, they think the duty of congress is to do as they are told by Him.

I fear it is but a short emotional walk for many Americans to accept an elected president-for-life.
