Yep, ;) Leaking microwave ovens can cause static. Had one at work once that would cause the hairs on your arms to stand up!

the absolutely best seat in our camper was the cabover part. the kid that got in first, got to pretend they were flying over the truck. great seat!

Wow! lol Microwaves ovens are a lot like frozen turkeys, the cheaper the better.

Static electricity sounds to me like you have some high voltage leaking in the air. Things in the home that generate that much voltage are microwaves, TVs, computer monitors, radio transmitters and etc. Another possibility is cats and wool sweaters. ;) In that case a home humidifier might help.

I’ve had a love for cabover pickup campers for ages. :) I still have one - doesn’t get used nearly enough though...

Try this stuff: http://www.healthyenvy.com/store/supplements/envygreens-green-drink.html. I swear by it. If I stop taking it for three days in a row, suddenly my sinuses just close up. I put it in smoothies or just apple cider. I take it every night just before bed to keep my sinuses open, but when the allergies are bad, I also take it in the morning. It's a lifesaver and made in AZ.

Another spray to try is Xclear Xylitol spray. You can find it at health food stores like Sprouts or vitamin stores (Hi-Health, Fresh Vitamins, Vitamin shoppe). It keeps bacteria from collecting in your sinuses and triggering an infection.

we’e either call it flying or surfing.
the real “surfin” we’d in our “brady bunch” station wagon. one lucky contestant got to surf on the bump on the floor (that divided driver/passenger sides) until fall off bump or parent caught us.

the four cats do hang out with my on my cot. bad electricity, too many fans, and four cats plus two dogs equals static city.

I used to hang out on the back shelf under the rear glass on my back watching the stars while my dad drove down the highway. I doubt parents could get away with that today.

LoL, now wonder you have allergies. I only have one dog to worry about. Always have to shoo him out of my spot if he gets in bed first. :)

Of course he would test the brakes now and then, causing me to come flying off and into the back seat and floorboard. lol
