Okay religious skeptics and science skeptics, watch and listen to those two videos.

Now what are your thoughts?

It's definitely something to ponder.

I don’t have any thoughts about what the bible has to say. I don’t consider it at all.

As far as the orbit being a guess, no. Scientists are very aware of orbital mechanics and we have super computers to crunch the numbers. If they knew it was going to hit the Earth then I doubt they would tell us. There would be nothing we could do about it anyway. Something on that order has happened at least six times in the past, wiping out almost all life on the planet. It will happen again. As long as it doesn’t happen again for the next 300 years I think humanity will be assured survival when it does happen again or by then we will have the tech to stop it. Worrying about revelations is just as silly as worrying about the Mayan calendar ending in 2012.

Summary: we don’t know where ISON will head after it encounters the Sun, so it will hit the Earth. Scientists are avoiding a panic, but I believe the Earth will be hit.

Nice graphics by the way.

God has promised that the earth would be inhabited forever so is there something in these videos that would prove otherwise?

worse...... Revelations has no science at all. The Mayan Ca lander is developed from astute observation and accurate calculation.

Anyone that actually got a C in science knows that Nibriu doesn’t exist, and ISON is just a icy ball of rock that may or may not give us a good show.

Anyone trying to ascribe some narrative beyond that is a loon on par with the 2012 idiots.

Revelations has no science at all.

Big deal.

There is a Catholic Saint, not Malachy, that speaks of destruction that comes from a near miss comet and debris field.

Benedict canonized her and she had predictions regarding the signs of the last Pope.

“Before the Comet comes, many nations, the good excepted, will be scoured with want and famine. The great nation in the ocean that is inhabited by people of different tribes and descent by an earthquake, storm and tidal waves will be devastated. It will be divided, and in great part submerged. That nation will also have many misfortunes at sea, and lose its colonies in the east through a Tiger and a Lion.

The Comet by its tremendous pressure, will force much out of the ocean and flood many countries, causing much want and many plagues. [After the] great Comet, the great nation will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, and great waves of water, causing much want and plagues. The ocean will also flood many other countries, so that all coastal cities will live in fear, with many destroyed. All sea coast cities will be fearful and many of them will be destroyed by tidal waves, and most living creatures will be killed and even those who escape will die from a horrible disease.

Pick up debris in the asteroid belt? Ricochet around the sun? (Nice use of Loma Preita and Kobe footage)

LOL! That’s for sure!

I love how it’s invisible to billions except apparently for some hick and his cell phone camera. Not to mention the fact that it is always “behind” the sun, or too close to it to see, or “only visible” from the S. Pole. Or how it affects the orbits of none of the existing planets, doesn’t cause massive eruptions on the sun due to gravitational interactions, nor does it emit light if it a star or reflect it if it was a planet.

And how it is easily hidden with “chemtrails”, sprayed by the government.

I believe that Michelle Hopkins has analyzed the "HOW" of the Comet Ison's orbit
and applied that to the POSSIBILITY of the fulfillment of Revelation first three Trumpets.

Whether she is correct is yet to be seen,
but she has taken the time to clearly explain just HOW the orbit intersections of Comet Ison's inbound debris trail with Earth's orbit,
as well as HOW Ison's outbound debris tail being blown by the Sun's solar winds might intersect the Earth's orbit starting the 1st of December 2013 and lasting through January 2014.
That's an unusually long time for our World to be in the sights of "Shooting Stars".

A female “reverend” talking about end times and what the Bible says about it? Ok.

I wonder if she read the parts about female “reverends”.

Thanks, but the graphics are Michelle Hopkins' creation, and not mine.
I just know how to use them.

The chances of it hitting earth are on the order of the chances of hitting a bumble bee with a rifle at 500,000 yards, but let’s worry about it anyway.

All that would be interesting if it wasnt for the fact that there are comets every single year. That people, good and bad, are scoured with want and famine. That there are natural disasters every month, and comets don’t exert enough gravity to affect anything. They are loose balls of gravel and ice that easily break apart if tugged on hard enough.

“It’s definitely something to ponder.”

No it isn’t. A dozen comets could strike the earth and not one of them would have anything to do with the Book of Revelation.

That ship sailed 2,000 years ago.

Stop the fear-mongering, Rev.
