The Dems will just blame the GOP and insurance companies, in that order. And she'll swallow it hook, line and sinker. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the scales will fall from the eyes of people whose subsidy-adjusted premiums are going to the moon, but I'm not holding my breath. Religious faith is a hard thing to overcome. If Comrade Obama tells them it's their duty as the vanguard of the revolution to cough up more cash, who are they to demur?
