We are sitting this one out. When my wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I said "Christmas." No malls, no big box hellstores, no catalogs, no internet, just good food (sourced locally, of course) family, friends and Jesus.

We are thinking of making it a permanent tradition.

I would like to know if there are food manufacturers I should avoid though. Just to be consistent. We do have a holiday meal with trimmings for family and do a bit of baking and candy making for gifts.
