MOB VIOLENCE STRIKES ANOTHER BLACK UNIVERSITY
WND ^ | 10/28/13 | Colin Flaherty

For the second time this month, homecoming festivities at a historically black college have been marred by large-scale mob violence and rioting.

The latest episode began Friday, when a large group of people tried to “bum rush” a homecoming hip hop concert at Howard University in Washington, D.C., one of America’s oldest and largest black educational institutions.

Nine people were taken to area hospitals, including two police officers, with injuries including a broken leg.

The annual concert is usually free. But this year, Howard charged five dollars to see performances from one of the top names in hip hop, 2Chainz.

Many students resented having to pay. They took to local news stations and the Internet to say so.

The local ABC news affiliate picked up the story: “There were sirens, fire alarms and a mass of people running from Howard’s iconic yard, frightening images for a university steeped in tradition.”

The report continued, “Homecoming turned into a melee on Friday afternoon as a crush of attendees tried to get into the much-anticipated YardFest.”

It's inevitable.

You know what.

Damn, so many ObamaCare Navigators all in one place at one time...

$5.00?

Honestly folks, the patients are running the asylum.

Can’t wait to see what happens once it dawns on them their food stamps (or whatever they call it now) are being cut back.

I think Randy Newman may have said it best, or was it sang it best...

Updated for domestic consumption:

No one likes us-I don’t know why
We may not be perfect, but heaven knows we try
But all around, even our old friends put us down
Let’s drop the big one and see what happens

We give them money-but are they grateful?
No, they’re spiteful and they’re hateful
They don’t respect us-so let’s surprise them
We’ll drop the big one and pulverize them

Detroit’s crowded and Washington’s too old
Memphis is far too hot
And Chicago’s too cold
And L. A. stole our fame
Let’s drop the big one
There’ll be no one left to blame us

We’ll save Montana
Don’t wanna hurt no Carabu
We’ll build an All American amusement park there
They got Flirtin’, too

Boom goes Macon and boom near me
More room for you and more room for me
And every city the whole nation round
Will just be another American town
Oh, how peaceful it will be
We’ll set everybody free
You’ll wear a Tea Party cap my friend
And there’ll be Italian shoes for me

They all hate us anyhow
So let’s drop the big one now
Let’s drop the big one now

Obviously, this is sillyness...

It’s upsetting to see people act this way. I wish they could understand how bad it looks to others.

Isn't the creation of social unrest the goal of the community organizing/agitation profession?

This is most likely just a warm up for what is coming. Otherwise, we would see someone in a position of responsibility trying to tamp down such activity.

Yeah! Why didn't "2Chainz" perform FREE. And why does he have TWO chains anyway - there's folks out there that have no chain at all - the greedy ba$tard!

Remember that scene in the old Johnny Weismuller movies when the jungle drums would start-up, and Jane would look at Tarzan like “What’s up with that?” and Boy would jump off his baby elephant and examine its toes and ask Johnny, “Hey, what’s this black stuff?” and Tarzan would say, “Slow natives.”
Yeah, I don’t either.

Series, in one of the first movies with Tarzan, Jane and Boy, the movie ends with them all riding elephants away into the jungle, not into the sunset but across the screen, just before the credits run.
If you haven’t changed the channel and are paying attention, Boy’s elephant is disgracing himself by dropping dung.
You’d a thunk they’d have re-shot that scene, hmmm? Anyway, the African porters probably had to clean it up, so maybe that’s why they’re still sore to this day.

Not a new tradition. They're just living up to real African traditions. They're expressing their annoyance.

Howard used to be known as "The Black Harvard".

Unfortunately they went to the Devil a long time ago.

2Chainz, whatever or whomever that is, may be deserving of a riot rather than payment for a pathetic “act.”
