The racial slur a Red Lobster waitress claimed to receive on a receipt in lieu of tip may have been a hoax, according to two separate handwriting analyses.
One handwriting analyst concluded that whoever wrote “none” on the tip line was not the same person who wrote the racial epithet. The second analyst believes the racist comment could have been written by the waitress herself.
Toni Christina Jenkins, a server at a Red Lobster in Franklin, Tennessee, posted a picture on her Facebook page of a receipt with the word “none” written in the area usually reserved for a tip.
Below that, the word “Nigger” was scrawled.
The receipt clearly showed the name of the customer, Devin Barnes, who is white. Jenkins, who is black, said that she was not aware that Barnes’ name was shown on the receipt and posted it online to make a point about racism, not to target Barnes.
“God Bless America, land of the free and home of the low class racists of Tennessee,” wrote Jenkins, a 19-year-old nursing student, on her Facebook page along with the picture.
But Barnes, 20, denied writing the derogatory word.
“I do not approve of the use of that type of talk, not now or ever,” wrote Barnes in a note shortly after the story went viral. As news spread locally and nationally, Barnes also says he received threats....
And the lesbian in the NW, who cut slurs into her skin and posted slurs onto her walls.
The homosexual community rallied around it, saying, “Well, it COULD have happened.”
Not to mention the Matthew Shephard hoax, where now we found out it was a previous lover that killed him over drugs.
Do these people want permanent victimhood????
Saying something could have happened, that didn’t actually happen, seems to escape my thought process.
These things aren’t happening, and these minority groups are free to live their lives. Nobody is doing these things to them. Yet we’re supposed to be sympathetic to a lie, because it could have happened?

He will probably sue Red Lobster. They’re the only ones with money in this case. You gotta feel for them, though....what’s a company to do in a case like this?

I want this guy to sue the waitress personally, before suing Red Lobster.

Let’s not forget the college professor or teacher or whatever in Kalipornia who totally messed up her car and blamed it on homophones or something.
Witnesses said she drove it to the campus in that condition.

but THEIR WORLDVIEW believes that’s what they do,
and they wonder why it doesn’t happen to them,
so that they can then become a celebrity victim/fighter,
and decide tehy will just go ahead and manufacture their own crisis incident,
and have no problem that innocent people/groups are being blamed for doing it.
These people need to be jailed as long as actual attackers would. A real bunch of crimes have been committed, including lying to police, attempting to incite violence against others, destruction of property, conspiracy with ONESELF to FRAME innocent groups/people, and anything else they can throw at them.
this kind of stuff is done on purpose to divide, destroy reputations of groups they hate. This is a hate crime by these people on others they hate. Plain and simple, they are trying to frame other people and groups they literally hate enough to do this.

The couple just got there, ordered, got a phone call and had to leave. They then asked to change the order to take-out, and paid once the take-out order was ready. No service, no tip, so the customer wrote "none" for tip. Stupid waitress gets pissed over it, even though she provided no service. Customer did nothing wrong writing "none" for a take-out order. The waitress added the slur later. She should be sued by the customer for posting his name on the internet with a libelous claim.
They’ve discovered another easy way to make money. This one is real easy. Guaranteed to work every time.
It wasn't even this. He wrote "none" on the tip line because it was a carry-out order.
You could give a person like her $10,000,000. Next year at this same time they will be broke.
