Obama didn't seriously consider going to Red Sox game
Politico44 A Living Diary of the Obama Presidency ^ | 10/30/13 | JENNIFER EPSTEIN

"The president did not consider attending the game tonight," Earnest told reporters traveling on Air Force One. "As you know, the president is regularly mindful of the impact that his presence can have on the ability of other people to go about their lives, in this case to attend a World Series game. So, the president is not planning to attend and didn’t really ever seriously consider attending."

Different day different lie from the White House. You know he didn’t go because he would have been booed!

Scott Brown was elected to replace Ted Kennedy in 2010...TED KENNEDY...after having waged a campaign that featured one promise...that he'd vote against Osama Obama Care.

Obama would have been booed...not by everyone but by a good portion of the crowd.

He was warned:

Carr: We already met our knucklehead quota

I quote:

Imagine the posters you’ll see up in the stands tonight if you try to big-foot the celebration:

“Obama Lied, My Health Care Died.”

“You Owe Me $2,500.”

“Ask Me About My Death Panel.”

How very honorable of this humble servant of the people. It is probably simply because of his love and respect for the fans of baseball. .

I don't understand.

President Bush was able to go, and actually throw out the first pitch. I seem to recall that President Obama once did the same.

What changed that this time it is too much impact on the people? Is it the arrogant excessive security ring that they put around Obama to keep him away from the little people?

The biggest challenge that conservatives have in Massachusetts is the stranglehold of gerrymandering.

Caliph Baraq won Mass by 25 points.

We're not talking about the presidential election here, we're talking about conservatives in this state being stifled by gerrymandering. There are more of us than you may like, but that's your problem.

You may get a kick out of trashing an entire state, but there are many conservatives here, some, like me, who may be more of a conservative than you would hope.

Now you know why he didn't show.

I’m sorry that for some reason you can’t leave.
I can see why some folks stay in Cali, but Mass (like my ancestral home of Conn) has zero reason to stick around in my view. Expensive COL, high taxes, lousy weather, and infested by liberals.

Didn’t he go to Boston today to hype Obamacare? That seems real inappropriate when the Boston and state police have to be overwhelmed already keeping the city safe with the WS game.

Yes indeed, he knows exactly the *impact* Obamacare has up "other people's" rear ends on a daily basis.

How long before the IRS tattoos an Obamacare icon on everyone's behind (or hand or forehead)?

As you know, the president is regularly mindful of the impact that his presence can have on the ability of other people to go about their lives,

What total BS. He breezes into downtown Boston at 4 pm on a World Series game day, depriving local shops and restaurants and bars forced to close down of sales on what should have been a brisk business day, and then after his speech, he takes a motorcade down the Mass Pike during rush hour, requiring the closure of multiple onramps, thus bringing every major feeder road to a standstill. All this going on while people are trying to get into the city for game six.

He should resign or be impeached by his low life Democrat Party!!!

Maybe he was asked if he wanted to attend Game 6 of the World Series but when he found out that it would be a baseball game, not a basketball game, he wasn't interested.

It seems to me that in 2008 he claimed to be a White Sox fan but did not know the name of any members of the team.
