A controversial 600-plus page manual used by the military to train its Equal Opportunity officers teaches that “healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian” men hold an unfair advantage over other races, and warns in great detail about a so-called “White Male Club.”
“Simply put, a healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian male receives many unearned advantages of social privilege, whereas a black, homosexual, atheist female in poor health receives many unearned disadvantages of social privilege,” reads a statement in the manual created by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).
The manual, which was obtained by Fox News, also instructs troops to “support the leadership of people of color. Do this consistently, but not uncritically,” the manual states.
The Equal Opportunity Advisor Student Guide is the textbook used during a three month DEOMI course taught at Patrick Air Force Base in Florida. Individuals who attend the training lead Equal Opportunity briefings on military installations around the nation.
The 637-page manual covers a wide range of issues from racism and religious diversity to cultural awareness, extremism and white privilege.

I just figured out that this is just another way to be racist and sexist. “Unfair advantages” is just another way of saying “superior people”, which makes everyone else “inferior people”.
It is in effect *defining* “healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian” men as being the natural, cultural, social, physical, intellectual and emotional superiors to those who do not share in these things.
That “healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian” men are ‘Ubermensch’, a German word meaning “Overmen, Overhuman, Above-Human, Superman, or Super-human”.
Everybody else are Untermensch, “inferior people”. They are sub-human and ignoble. Originally this term was used to compare them with apes and monkeys.
But why does the Pentagon want “healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian” men to despise and dehumanize other people? Surely this has a nefarious purpose!
If you were a trainer, you could certainly use this in training. Just make it training about what liars and collectivist scum believe and/or want you to believe. Many of your sentences could begin with “The manual states that......”
Yeah. A work ethic, two parents, literacy, and lack of a felony record by age 18 are a HUGE advantage.

Which means people are encouraged to give "people of color" a pass on everything...bad grades, bad job performance, poor skills...which in turn encourages them to break every other possible rule or "commandment" that are designed to improve the individual and society. So this stupid, racist, liberal "commandment" makes "people of color" worse people and brings down the standards of quality for everything in the society.
Next will be the political commissars appointed to each unit to make sure no one says anything incorrect.
They would probably replace the chaplains, who will be court-martialed and thrown in the stockade for supporting the White Male Club.
Wow. This Pentagon manual is in violation of the Civil Rights Act because it isolates and discriminates against a specific race at the exclusion of others. FUBO!
How many whites have won Nobel Prizes in Physics, Chemistry, Medicine?

The only “advantage” white people have is that they’re willing to complete schooling, discipline themselves with their money, and stay away from crime.
