Sunday’s New York Times Magazine features another weekly submission from Randy Cohen, writer of "The Ethicist" column, ... on Friday’s Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS Cohen made clear his disgust with President Bush. When Ferguson raised Bill Clinton’s name, Cohen reacted with outrage that Ferguson was still concerned about such old news: "Oh, Clinton, he's been out of office for, you know, how long? Seven years. Some little lie about his personal life. We've got a guy now who lied the country into a war. You're talking about Clinton from seven years ago?" Actually, Clinton left office fewer than five years ago. Cohen advised that on Monica Lewinsky “he should have said, 'None of your business' and then after that, it's between him and his wife.”(emphasis supplied)

Totally. Everyone knew who Obama was. Snakes do what snakes will do. The fact the MSM chose to “hide” it from Americans make them complicit in America’s destruction.

Is it a lie if you say something you think is correct but later find out is wrong? .eg. George Bush and Saddam's weapons of mass destruction.

In the case of Obama, I have to disagree with many here. I think he really really believed what he said.
The real problem is the puppet master(s) knew better. Obama is not near as smart as we have been told. Go back to the early days when he first burst on the scene as the clean articulate Negro. Every speech he gave was scripted and read from his teleprompter. Every single time he made some gaff or mispronounced a word (Corpsman), he was either speaking off the cuff or his handlers had not typed in a phonetic pronunciation in the teleprompter to assist him with the big words.
No, he did not lie. he IS the lie.

Obama 'Misspoke' ...

There are many examples of Obama’s "misspoken" words.

Obama misspoke when he said "corspeman" instead of "Corpsman".
Obama misspoke when he said he had campaigned in 57 states.

I think Obama misspoke when he claimed every issue is his first priority.
I think Obama misspoke when he declared several countries were all America's closest ally.
I think Obama misspoke when he praised several allies with the exact same praise.
I think Obama misspoke when he announced that the police acted stupidly or that Trayvon Martin could be his son.

Obama left the realm of “misspeak” when he repeatedly added the word “period” as a gesture of good faith to his declarations. Obama has come to rely heavily on his enablers’ wiliness to appear ignorant on his behalf. I wonder how many of Obama’s enablers have grown weary wearing their badge of ignorance. If you can’t wear your badge proudly and unashamed you shouldn’t wear it at all.

You can learn a lot about the New York Times newspaper and its readers from articles like this. I expect more from a paper whose timeless motto has been "All the News That's Fit to Print".

Never underestimate the power of ignorant people in large groups.
