Senate Bill Bans Discrimination Against Cross-Dressers

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which will come up for a cloture vote in the Senate today, mandates that employers in the United States permit men to dress as women at work and women to dress as men as long as they otherwise adhere to “reasonable dress or grooming standards.”

Democratic Sen. Jeff Merkley of Oregon, the bill’s primary sponsor, has been joined by 55 co-sponsors. So the bill already has the backing of a 56-vote majority in the 100-member Senate. …

Uh, how could they “be born that way”. We are all born naked. Male/female dress codes are completely constructs of civilization so someone has to choose that lifestyle.

It is ridiculous that people think it’s OK for the gov’t to have any employer mandates. Employer/employee is supposed
to be a private mutually benefitting agreement.

That’s next. It’s complete bunk. Unlike skin color, which is no reason to judge a person, cross-dressing is behavior. Not all behavior is tolerable. What you do on your time is your business. When you’re on my time you don’t disrupt my business.
