DENVER – There are nearly 250,000 Coloradans whose health care policies have been or will be cancelled as a result of the Affordable Care Act, the state’s Dept. of Insurance announced on Wednesday.

“To have almost a hundred health plan cancellations for every exchange sign up in Colorado under Obamacare is exponentially worse than even the most extreme skeptic could have predicted,” said Kelly Maher, executive director of the group Compass Colorado.

Somebody is going to have to pay for all those newcomers to Medicare.

Guess Who.

I watched RedEye last night too. Pretty funny. Thanks for posting that — I woke up this a.m. and I couldn’t remember what the word was that she fouled up so badly.

I’ve thought all along that more people would lose their insurance than would be those getting it for the first time.

And these were the ones that were trying to be responsible for their lives. No wonder Obama hates them

The states that didn’t expand Medicare are the ones who will come out ahead, if that is possibly in this fiasco. In three years, when the Feds. stop picking up the tab for the expanded Medicare enrollees...those states r going to be hurting. Too many lazy, unwilling to work people on Medicaid, and now more signing up. Trust me, I personally know several. Future lifelong Democrat voters.

It’s MediCAID, not Medicare, which Obamacare was supposed to make the States expand. They are separate programs.

But the Supreme Court said they didn’t have to, so 26 states aren’t doing it.

I often wonder if my young Granddaughters will have to be stitching the brown shirts and jackboots, or wearing them.
