I don't even like Chris Christie, but TIME magazine calls him an "elephant" on their cover?!

The MSM want him to be the nominee and then they will nudge him out just like Romney. It is such a obvious game plan. The support RINOs just enough to ensure they are the nominees. As long as RINOs run the MSM and RATS can avoid real disaster. Then they throw the RINOs overboard in the general election. Even if a few happen DEMO-Lites happen to win, no problem. Same policies, just more slowly implemented.

Compassionate liberals always poke fun at fat people.

I wonder if Time will run a cover with Hillary and say something about her age?

Yeah, the MSM's old election year routine is becoming real predictable.

To everyone but the GOPe, apparently.

He’s more a jackass (Democrat) than an elephant (Republican),

Maybe because the Republican icon is an elephant?

Not that they’d ever have a picture of Hillary and talk about the “Ass in the room.”

_______

Exactly. It’s plausible deniability.

Your second point is exactly right on as well. They’d never say something like, “Rule of the Jack-Ass” after a Democrat victory.

Besides his wretched record in terms of conservatism, the four incidents that most define Christie for me... his self-centered “me, me, me” speech at the convention, his embarrassingly slobbering embrace of Obama after the storm, his ugly ranting at the GOP in Congress for more moolah, and the story of him breaking down in tears over a phone-call from Bruce Springsteen (my God, how pathetic).

The media seems to act as if Christie is some testosterone-fueled, political he-man. And he probably does seem that way to those northeastern media libs. But of course that’s because they are a bunch of faggots, who can’t tell the difference between self-absorbed, drama-queen antics and the real deal.

Chris Christie will never get my vote.

Time Mag can only muster insincere faint praise of Christie by the dual-meaning 'Elephant' reference.

Proof positive that the libs REALLY want CC to be the gOp nominee so that they can trash him.

CC: Tell me the truth. You don't call me an elephant behind my back, do you?
BO: uh ... um .... let me get back to you on that dumbo ... I mean Chrissie.

He is losing weight, so I suspect by 2016, he’ll be as skinny as Huckabee was.

For the MSM media types, Christie represents the enemy of their enemy (T.E.A. Party Conservatives) and will be their darling Republican poster boy right up until election time, then they will declare he’s never paid taxes and is responsible for a multitude of deaths.

“How Chris Christie can win over the GOP”

“Ain’t. Gonna. Happen.

EVER.”...

I am not a Republican..I am an Independent..However, until further notice, I do not like Christie for a different reason and that is the coldness I thought he showed toward his wife on that stage Tuesday night. It was too obvious to miss. I would guess he would be hard to live with.
