As the White House flails to defend President Barack Obama’s discredited pledge about keeping your old insurance even under Obamacare, it’s not just Republicans pointing out that the administration has being less than honest when explaining what it really meant.
On Thursday, The Washington Post’s Fact Checker gave Obama and White House press secretary Jay Carney three out of four “Pinocchios” for blaming the insurance companies, rather than the new health care law, for the growing number of cancellation letters.
On Wednesday, the Pulitzer-winning PolitiFact website gave Obama its highest ranking for dishonesty, “Pants on Fire,” for his tortured defense earlier this week of what he really meant when promising no one would lose their current plan.
“The provision in the law was the manifestation of the assurance that if you have a plan you want to keep, you can keep it,” Carney said. “Insurance companies that chose to strip away benefits from existing plans in the interim, that canceled existing plans in the interim, they took away that grandfathering opportunity. And that’s a reality.”

Since when do we need fact checkers to tell us this POS loser is lying? I had him figured out back in 2007, where have these “fact checkers” been?
Wow this is series and hugh.. when the president’s flak chuckers do fact checking back at him that’s nudes!
Did come clean? No.
Was he contrite? No.
Did he even offer an excuse? No.
His lie is doubly compounded by the fact that he didn't care that he was exposed.
He is basically saying to America, "F.U."

When will the media fact check itself for years of withholding the truth?
Although I know it’s too late I am most interested in how many would have voted for O’s re-election if they had known the truth — or even have shown up at the polls. His entire re-election was a fraud.
The Marxocrats will let people DIE STRANDED without insurance rather than admit 0bamacare's a failure.

Referring to a fact checker is the same thing. It makes us appear unsure. It gives them room to argue.
The guy told the biggest lie in presidential history THEN LIED ABOUT TELLING THE LIE. We know it when we see/hear it. Period!

THIS is what you get from an administration when the President is himself an unvetted fraud who claims the most objectionable associations, the least relevant experience and the skimpiest credentials (when available).
‘Mediocre’ and ‘good enough’ was acceptable to the unprincipled people in the DNC who selected and promoted “O” in the first place.
Now ‘mediocre’ and ‘good enough’ have produced a ‘health care’ plan that the most backward tribes in the most underdeveloped, unreachable jungles on earth would reject out of hand!!

Politifact gave the “Lie of the Year” award to Sarah Palin for the death panels. They still haven’t retracted that. This just shows that even Politifact has reached its limit on carrying water for this administration to still be able to feign the slightest bit respectability. Although, if they were really concerned about the truth they will be giving the “You can keep your plan” the lie of the decade award and retracting the Sarah Palin award.
