I don't know what he is, but I really didn't like this:

Just following orders. Nobody can ask about something, take initiative, try to help?

This is the type of stupidity we should all get use to when the government controls health care. There is no talking to or reasoning with government. People will die over misspelled words or an incorrect date on a form. I can already sea it coming.
