We got to get a 3rd party going because what’s going to happen is the RINOs will nominate Chrispy Creme and the Treason party will nominate Hitlery and we don’t want that again: A choice between a RINO or a commie. A 3rd party candidate like a Ted Cruz will give people a way out.

No and he cannot win on tv either. The American public, especially women, will not vote for his slobby, big, wide butt.

His ego is too large for that.

I am refraining from making a fat joke here.

The interest in Chris Christie is mostly coming from the establishment GOP that is hoping to have him as the successor to Romney and McCain as the designated loser in 2016.

Democrats and the MSM are salivating over Big Chris because he's exactly the kind of quasi-liberal with a conservative tinge that they assume will con Republican voters into nominating him so they can then crush him, using the 2008 template of urging Americans to elect Hillary Clinton as 'The First Woman President'. Never mind what she stands for or her pitiful lack of leadership qualities. She'll be 'historic' and that is all that matters. Christie will be laughed off the stage and his 'moderate' status won't matter one little bit against the 'First Woman President' concept.

However, should the conservative base wrest the nomination from the RINO establishment and have Ted Cruz as the Republican nominee, he could offer voters a real choice. His debating skills would unmask Hillary as the leftist phony she is. Although Cruz would be attacked unmercifully by the MSM, after the failures and resultant hardships Americans have had to endure under 'The First Black President', we may be ready to get serious about our elected leadership. One can only hope.

He won’t even win the NE. Conservatives will sit home like last election and the libs will vote for the Dem.
Romney was a lib from Mass and what NE state did he win?

Nope.

Can't win at all.

He's playing the patsy for the now-adoring media.

HELL NO!!!

But, that doesn't matter. The mainstream media and the useless idiots that head the RNC are already anointing him the candidate for 2016, with predictable results. It'll be a 2008 and 2012 redux. A blistering primary where Crispy Creeme , and the MSM make every conservative who pokes his head up look like a racist, anti-woman kook with one hand on the nuclear trigger and the other hand shoveling money to corporations. Crispy Creeme will limp out of the process weak enough for Hillary to finish him off. Progressives win AGAIN!!!

When will the GOP leadership and RINOs get tired of running this same pathetic play???

The real question is whether he would do as well as Romney in the northeast.
