WASHINGTONPresident Barack Obama will offer a fix for people facing health insurance policy cancellations as a result of his Obamacare health care law today at 11:35 a.m. ET.
Earlier Thursday, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi D-Calif., Obama will take action for people whose health insurance policies were cancelled as a result of his Obamacare health care law while House Democrats are also working on a plan.
The president will offer a proposal today is my understanding and we have our own proposal which we think is really good. But well see. And it has to be done in the next little period, Pelosi said, referring to cancellations kicking in on Jan. 1.
Speaking at The Atlantic Ideas forum, Pelosi said, So again, stay tuned. It could be an administrative fix, it could be a legislative fix. I would prefer an administrative fix because it could be done much more quickly without any accompanying agendas.
Pelosis comments come as Congressional Democratsin particular those with big 2014 contestsare angry at the Obama White House, with cancellations of health insurance policies far more a political threat than the botched Obamacare website and the resulting initial low enrollments.

I meant that the costs would be passed on...
I wasn’t asking for sympathy for the insurers...
Exactly right. That’s the only thing this Marxist knows how to do. There is no Congress, there are no consent of the governed to worry about, jut declare anything you want to be the law of the land.
This is exactly how the typical Hugo Chavez types operate as they progress on to their inner Stalin.
“...an administrative fix without an agenda”....
That lying witch. Since when has The First Dictator done anything without his Marxist agenda being his main concern? She is as bad as he is when it comes to constant lying.
IT'S NOT Obama's place to change the law... if a ‘fix’ is needed it should come from Congress. Obama and his thugs in corrupt insurance companies - and in the equally corrupt democrat party need to follow the friggin' laws.
GREAT analysis of this epic fail in today’s Geraghty NRO bulletin
How can a law be changed over and over and over.
This law seems to allow the President to do anything he want with the nations healthcare.
The law passed and we still don’t know what in it because they change it every fugging day.
The biggest POS law ever to be passed Thank Democrats.
Nationalize the insurance companies??
It will cost tons of money.
It won’t work.
It will get killed 95-5 in the Senate and 400-35 in the House.
It will have nothing to do with helping people.
Executive Order “Rearrainge Deck Chairs” going into effect.
BOHICA!!
That’s exactly what I was thinking yesterday. In an effort to try and save their own bacon the health insurance industry totally cast their lot with Obama, Democrats and Obamacare. They sold out the American people, the majority of whom were screaming not to do this.
They can rot for all I care.
They are all thieves.
Obama and democrats have a fair share of corrupt insurance companies working with them... I’m ever so sure they helped write this law... just like they helped themselves to the cash cow called ‘medicare advantage’...
> Pelosi decoder ring: Executive Order to fix existing law.
Msg rcv’d. Situation is Go...
Thats exactly what I just told the RNC soliciter who just called me.

Good for you! It’s a good thing to let these traitors know why they’re NOT getting any donations!
Let them go and ask the illegals they love so much for their freaking donations!
This law isn’t going anywhere. At the end of the day they will pump a lot of money in it to sustain it. That is what federal government does
And it will probably cost the insurers a lot since many have already gone down the cancellation and re-pool road...
The marxists will make up a way to run the “fix” through the exchanges and we will get stuck with the tab.
Depressing.
Obama the Fixer...LOL
