SEOUL, Nov. 15 (Yonhap) -- North Korea is ready to conduct another nuclear test, but no imminent sign has been detected at its main site in the northeastern tip, South Korea's defense ministry said Friday.

South Korea's vice defense minister Baek Seung-joo briefed lawmakers of the ruling Saenuri Party on the condition of the Punggye-ri test site in its northeastern region during a meeting of the special security committee on North Korea's nuclear weapons amid rising speculation over another test.

The southern tunnel of the underground test site can be used for another explosion at any time, but currently there are no imminent signs for such action, Baek was quoted as saying by participants.

The western tunnel, where the third explosion took place in February, is currently under construction, Baek said.

If there’s going to be a test, there would be a lot of vehicles near the test site. But without the increased activity, the North Koreans is probably not yet ready to test a weapons for several months, given the difficulties to manufacturing enough uranium-235 or plutonium-239 to build a workable nuclear device.

Has Obama invited the North Koreans to take part in our ‘grid down’ exercises? Or is China standing in for them?

The only way I can imagine that this evil regime that starves it’s people can afford nuclear missile technology is that the Chinese Communists are bankrolling the effort. Add that to what the Lucifer administration shovels into this hole.

Indirectly (or directly) Americans finance this program leading to doom by buying all the goods manufactured in China. On the other hand our evil central socialist government has encouraged the transfer of our manufacturing base to Asia due to the onerous taxes and regulations.

TLR .... Well, they will be embolden NOW won’t they, with Obama/Kerry’s sellout deal with the Iranians? This will have worldwide implications and I can only see Kim Jong Un going completely full speed forward now, with total impunity. Are we ever in for a rough ride.
