I’d rather walk in a Detroit blackout than in some areas of Chicago during the day. At least I can legally defend myself in Detroit.
What he’s doing is moving from the nicest neighborhood in the city...and LP is really nice. To Wilmette one of the nicest and wealthiest suburbs just north of Chicago on the lake. There’s no way the cost of living in Wilmette is cheaper then Chicago. I’d bet property taxes in Wilmette are insane.
