I’m for the space program, but how bout these dollars being spent on the next generation shuttle.

We are hitching rides with the Russians...what an embarrassment.

These would be dollars well spent. Studying Martian non-atmosphere seems kinda of pointless.

I agree, however missions like this one are a waste of limited resources.

I'd rather they send probes to Europa, Calisto, Titan, Triton, etc or build a replacement shuttle.

Mars once had water and an atmosphere but now it's a dead rusted rock, uummmmmm OK, we got it already. Enough.
