Whether or not his dissembling is an impeachable offense — his refusal to enforce the law of the land certainly is! And there are dozens of “counts” of that violation to nail him on.

Never happen though.

If they DID have that kind of courage... there wouldn’t be a need for articles of impeachment!

It wouldn’t have gone THIS far.

He is not impeachable, because he is not constitutionally president.

Is it impeachable? Why don’t we ask Bob Woodward?

Well we don’t have to, he has already answered with his usual “This is Not Another Smalltime Burglery blown all out of proportion by himself and the rest of the MSM” so naturally it is not another Watergate.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Watergate was a 2. The Obama Scandals topped by his Obamacare lies, fraud and violations of Constitutional Law rate a 30.

Stocks lining Pennsylvania Ave. would be appropriate considering the Regime and Liberal liars in Congress would all be eligible.

Then again, Pennsylvania Ave. might not be long enough.

The impeachable offense should be set before congress in the half truths, bold face lies, deceptions, spying, attacks on political opponents by the IRS, NSA, EPA, ATF and so on. Failure to uphold existing laws from immigration to the defense of marriage act.

The scandals are well documented. This man has stepped WAY out of bounds of his constitutional authority on several occasions.

It is time to formulate articles of impeachment. Regardless of what action the Senate ends up taking, the house should go on record as holding this thug and this thug’s thugs accountable.

Patience is required.

For the process to have any meaning at all, thre must be a Senate to convict.

We’ve been down that road before. It ended up making the impeached President stronger.

Baldfaced lying is not an impeachable offense.

"Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors" is the standard.

If the Congressional GOP were stupid enough to try to impeach the President over his shameless lying, they would look like fools.

It’s called tyranny, IMO. The GOP is out looking for their gonads with both hands and a mirror. So far NADA.

Lookit guys-—why should we put ourselves, and our dwindling resources, through the agony of impeachment?

A better idea is to lure all of the Chi/mobsters out of the WH-—say, to a “fundraiser”-—now you know how Obabo loves those fundraisers.

Then we change all the locks on the WH doors——et voila-—they cant get back in.

Mrs O was (cough) educated at Princeton and the Mr went to Harvard——they’ll NEVER be able to figure it out.

ROTFLOL.

His actions on Benghazi alone are worthy of an impeachment debate. With the current congress, this simply will not happen. First we need to totally debase and discredit the mainstream media.

Then we need an electoral restraining order next November. It is so critical that Reid be forced out as Senate Majority leader, even if it means McConnell becomes leader. Republicans have to get the majority in the Senate. Then, shut Obama down. That’s as good as it is going to get until 2017.

I think Obama could betray the United States military to a foreign power, like China, and do it publicly, and the majority of Americans wouldn't care.

I think that Obama could refuse to take action to defend the United States against a terror attack, do nothing to retaliate after the attack, blame the United States for the attack, and then allow thousands of un-screened individuals from the attacking nation into our country to set up more terror networks, and only a small minority of Americans would object.

I think that anything short of an unanswered nuclear attack against an American city would be rationalized and excused by the MSM, and the majority of the American people would go along with it.

And I'm not even sure of that. I think that the average American wouldn't blame Obama for an all-out invasion of our country. Alaska or Hawaii could be overrun by a foreign power, and Obama could take no action or even take actions that made the problem worse, and I think it would hardly even make a dent in public opinion about him. His main supporters in the media would not hesitate to defend to the hilt, calling his detractors "racists."

Why is Levin covering for the mainstream mediots like this? Sure Obama lied in public speeches. But the bill was public. Everyone who cared to know knew what the bill would do. This is simply a matter that the mainstream mediots not calling Obama on this law leading to an uniformed public and now harming the cause they hoped to help.

Obama has done Impeachable Offenses many times over, but that half black he has negates any attempt at it.

No way any politician will gather up enough courage to face the bigotry charges that would come at him.

We have this turd for 3 more years, what we have GOT to do is elect a Republican Senate with REAL Republicans, not the crap we have sitting in those chairs now.

Impeachment is a political process, not a criminal process.

The House MAY have enough votes to impeach, but the Senate is OWNED by Democrats, who will NEVER vote to convict Barack Hussein Obama. Never!

What is needed is what was used to drive Nixon from office - a special prosecutor charged with finding & prosecuting CRIMES committed by Nixon & his subordinates. That is a criminal process, not a political process.

Frankly, neither strategy will reverse the sensibilities of the American voter, which is what we desperately need in the coming decades to reverse our financial & moral decay.

I believe only a bad taste of pure misery for the voters can change our present course. History has shown this to be true. The WWI/Depression/WWII era yielded a generation or 2 of conservative, moral Americans. Communism was thoroughly rejected by eastern Europe & Russia only after the people had had enough misery. The best lessons are often learned, even by the dumbest of us, when we suffer from a serious mistake.

Obamacare is not just another bad bill coming out of WDC. It will DESTROY our health care system, cause untold job loses, further depress our economy, & kill/injure thousands of people. Coupled with our massive debt & the utter contempt much of the World has for Obama & his word, this country is in grave danger of chaos & collapse, taking much of the rest of the World with us.

If we survive we will be the better for it. IF!

There are no impeachable offenses for Obama; and certainly none he could be convicted of without a huge super majority of ‘Pubbies in the Senate - after all, some of the ‘Pubbies are going to vote against conviction as well as all the Democrats.
