And if you don’t volunteer then you must be hiding something and we’ll do it because of that.
The would have gotten it, but they would have to take mine by force. I sure as hell would not have voluntarily complied.

Apparently, there were NO COPS there. At least none that will admit it.
This was a bureauKaRATZ initiative from beginning to end.
Tell the RATZ they got NO AUTHORITY to pull you over.
Run the turds down if they stand in front the car.
People in this country have become sheep. And the RATZ know it. That’s why they get away with this sh!!.
Wait till they run into someone who isn’t intimidated, then they will cry real tears.
The say it is voluntary...
I bet the sample will be skewed by compliant drivers to indicate more sober than not sober.
The test administrators know this is true, hence the farce of voluntary.
So I understand their problem, but every facet of this experiment is ill designed. Only heavy handed gubment could ever conceive of something this vile.
Texas can be awfully dependent on their tough reputation. I am amazed at the crap they take in consumer venues from people who appear to have no intention of respecting them, their state or their country. And they give me a lot of crap for not putting up with this with my ny accent
I’d have said no you don’t have probable cause.no
It’s undoubtedly going to be used to populate the DNA portion of the ginormous database in Utah.
They were doing this in Alabama last summer.

The report on the 2007 study is here:
Pilot test of New Roadside Survey Methodology for Impaired Driving
http://www.nhtsa.gov/DOT/NHTSA...s/PilotTest_NRSM.pdf
The abstract is: (excerpted)
16. Abstract
This study developed and tested procedures to enhance roadside survey procedures to include collecting and analyzing oral fluid and blood samples from the nighttime weekend driving population. Roadside surveys involve collecting information from a random sample of drivers. In the past, they have been used to measure the extent of alcohol use in the nighttime driving population in order to establish regular measures of that activity, which is a measure of progress in reducing impaired driving.

Rapid DNA System
http://www.dhs.gov/sites/defau...apiddna-20130208.pdf
One paragraph, middle of page 4, states: “In preparation for the Rapid DNA System, S&T conducted a broad review of DNA needs across DHS operational components and found several consistent needs for verification of family relationships, countering human trafficking, family reunification, identification of victims following mass casualties, and checks against DNA samples of known criminals. Each of these applications require significant policy development or revisions and privacy and civil rights assessments to allow the use of DNA in operational settings.”

WHAT IN HELL IS GOING ON IN TEXAS, a state many Blue staters are considering for relocation???
Until Perry gets a handle on crap like this, better rethink that!!
“Youre not safe in your car; youre not safe in your home”
The enemy probing, just hoping they can intimidate someone into resisting so they can make an example. Remember they’re not bad people, just doing their job like the park rangers, TSA and the Nazis.
They’d better be.
They were Mexicans and one did get dinged. One thing for sure is that the cops tried.
The beginnings of a federal DNA database?
PING!
Exactly! Will they be shot? Even if their dog is NOT in the car??
According to the article, Fort Worth police said their traffic division coordinated with the NHTSA in using off-duty officers.
