AMBER Alert ^ | AMBER Alert

Natalie Torres (9 months-old), Isabel Torres (2 years-old), Eliezer Torres Jr. (7 years-old), Isreal Torres (8 years-old)

Vehicle: 2006 Toyota Corolla, Silver Texas license plate #CKG4377 The children are believed to have been abducted by their father, Eliezer Torres. Their mother, Isila Rodriguez, is also missing. During a CPS investigation the mother of the child came forward with information about the father endangering at least one of the children. A Harris County Family Court issued an order awarding emergency custody of the children to CPS. CPS attempted to take custody of the children on Monday but they were unsuccessful. A writ of attachment was issued and CPS went to the location with law enforcement and it appeared the family vacated. At this time the children and mother are believed to be missing and with the suspect in this case. It is believed that there is a possibility that the suspect could potentially harm the children along with their mother. The suspect is believed to have family residing in Florida and may be going to Florida to hide the children. Photos are not currently available.

I disagree with Amber Alerts for children involved in custody disputes. These children are not missing; they are with their father. And statements like the above are de rigueur. How else can the mother keep Dad from seeing his kids unless she dramatizes things with phony-baloney claims?

I have 5—and I’m a Texan, and white.

What is your problem?

If a parent without legal custody takes the children away - yes, it is kidnapping. And while some mothers make false allegations, some fathers are dangerous. Dismissing cases like this because “the children are with their father” is not wise.

It appears, by the way, that the mother has also gone missing. That increases the likelihood of danger to the children.

some just can’t handle the truth. It’s clearly observable, just visit your local elementary school as the kids are dropped off and it’s glaring.

We have always had a lot of hispanics in our schools here.

When I was a child growing up in Texas, we had quite a few Mexicans, and I lived down near the coast.

Some of these people are still my friends today.

That's all fine and good, but the poster was correct.

Texas is being over run with illegals and illegals reproduce like rabbits...Then the corrupt government forces you and me to pay the big fat bills as our hospitals and all other social services are choked off.

This is no secret.
