Oh well intent, that’s what demonrats have used for years, they intended to cut taxes, so they did. They intended to cut the deficit, so they did. Intent is all that matters with liberals.

All sorts of them on youtube. Here’s one with similar zooming in before the actual shoplifting. And just like the one where the guy gets sucker-punched, they work in groups. In the punch video the camera zooms out to keep an eye on his pals.

As much as you might think the shoplifter deserved it, the guy throwing the punch, especially the second punch was committing assault and the guy throwing the punch was violating the law just as much as the shoplifter.

Do you think you could get a jury to convict in this case?

I would convict the shoplifter in a heartbeat, but red hat is not getting convicted if there are any honest people on the jury. Was kind of hoping for a third punch as the criminal was getting up after the second one.

If there were honest people on the jury they would have to convict based on the evidence and the law. Just like the Zimmerman jury acquitted based on the evidence and the law and not how they felt.

A bit of profiling. A guy with a bag is suspicious. You zoom in to see what he's up to. I imagine this store has seen a lot of stealing to have invested in an actual person running a surveillance camera.

The guy who smacked him may have been security dressed like a customer. Yeah, he got a bit carried away, but we don't know what was said and what may have happened before this incident.

If this was fake, the black guy took one heck of a punishment to make a nice video. Unless he's a Hollywood stunt man, no one could fake being hit like that.
