The Pacific region faces serious economic losses due to climate change and it is critical that nations causing the problem step in to help. Pacific countries will need dramatically improved access to global and regional climate change funds the Asian Development Bank said.

I found it interesting that no useful idiot’s name appeared as a byline for this drivel.
Japan has been dumping hundreds of tons of radioactive waste into the Pacific for about 2.5 years now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I think they should accept responsibility $$ for their actions, work on stopping the continuous flushing of radioactive waste into the Pacific and worry a little less about climate change.
We gave them the wheel, running water and ice cubes.
