I know Lowry was trying to put the case diplomatically but this wasn't a case of "shaving the truth". 0bama deliberately and knowingly stated as a fact something he and his staff knew was entirely untrue, and when called on it attempted to shift the blame to the insurance companies. He knew perfectly well that changes mandated by his law would result in people losing their coverage but since it was actually the insurance companies who the law forced to do it who revoked the coverage, he was somehow in the clear.
That's not shading or shaving anything. That's a lie.
