I’m sure Jae Carnie will inform us that this is not due to economic conditions, but Americans turning to a more spiritual Kwanzaa season.

Its a shame that logic and the lessons of history don’t prevent debacles. People seem intent on always going down the slippery slope. Detroit is a spectuacular case in point.

Liberal Marylanders have contributed to what’s happening in VA. They made life for themselves unaffordable then left for VA’s greener pastures. Of course, they continue to vote for more of the same.

Man, that’s about perfect. I can just see them, or some leftist, actually stating this, and I can see sheeperal actually BELIEVING it.

Yes it appears that Maryland is like California.

So far left it can send large amounts of libs to tip neighboring states and still remain solidly Dem itself.

My idiot niece moved from California to Colorado.

Thats the way it looks in Howard County Maryland too.
It was GOP up to early 2000s then was Dem by 2004.
lots of housing development and new neighbors.

And lots of legal immigration. Unexpected effects there.

Same here held my nose and went to Dicks where they had a box of 500+ 22LR on sale for 19.99. My wife got one too. Outside of that nothing.

Already has, me thinks....
Same for PA, IL, CA, and others...
The city dwelling blood suckers (generally speaking), living one on top of the other tend to vote govt dependency while more suburban and rural folks think about living off grid...
Tail waggin’ the dawg....

In Maryland, population densities in one city and a few counties control state politics.

Yes, this is true, but it's similarly true in just about every state in the union.

I think secesssion is a pipe dream, but as the saying goes, something's gotta give. And if it doesn't, at some point somebody's gonna TAKE.

It does not matter how good the deals are if you have no money to spend.
